I just love it when a plan comes together.
If you've never tried needle felting, maybe this will convince you to try. You need felt batting and felting needles which I bought at www.weirdolls.com. And you need a strong surface so as not to puncture yourself (which I did several times.) I created these peacock feathers on a simple white felted (Lambs Pride 100%) purse. Needless to say, I am really proud of the results.
