Just Imagine How I Felt

ImagineshirtLat year, my pal Mary Ann and I had a short-lived business we called "Stitched to a Tee." We put small designer-looking handbags made from fabric and vinyl on tee shirts. They were really cute; we had a great time - and once again I learned to keep my hobbies as hobbies.  But as I was working on my latest felted bag (WIP) I came up with the idea to put some felted-looking purses on a shirt. I used plain old acrylic felt and needle felted little flowers on one to match a button I found [see bag on R].  I braided and hand felted wool to make the handles, and added some novelty yarn to a braid for that trim (bag - left). I created the "Just imagine..." title on my computer and used on iron-on transfer. Gee, maybe I should sell...nah, forget it.
