The Last Picture Show
It's hard to believe that, at this time last week, I was on a train to Baltimore about to start my Stitches weekend. So, I guess it's time to end my week-long recap. I'm sorry I was unable to show you all the wonderful displays inside the Exhibit Hall. I'm not sure why, but they don't allow anyone to take pictures inside the Convention Center. I did, however, risk arrest to capture this on film:
I do believe that this woman had not only knitted a hat and a very large shawl but also a very small child! I am not exactly sure what lifeform is under the shawl but it probably spawns acrylic.
I'm going to be damned for all eternity to knit with laceweight on #1 needles for that comment, aren't I???
Have a great weekend!!

I saw that woman!!! The group that I was with just could not believe that shawl! We also some people that brought a bad name to knitters, if you know what I mean. Some you just wanted to say, "Wow, you spent all your time on THAT?!?!" So, don't worry of you are going to be damned for all eternity to knit with Lacewieght on #1 needles me and my group will be right there with you.
P.S. I saw your kits for sale at one of the stands. I was hoping that I would run into you. I enjoy reading your blog.

That almost looks like it's meant to be a table cloth. Wow...

Maybe it just needs the right accessories??? It's certainly intricate.
